Having severe pain in ribs just under breast. Unable to breath properly. Patient was on fast yesterday. Pain started after 10 min of having food and water

i think fast that lead to gatric truble. so u need to take small quantity food at regular interval . and dont take much fatty and oliy food because that lead to more bile formation and more troble .

A course of antacids would help... If severe or radiating pain , / palpitations or any Breathing difficulty present immediately consult physician...
