Pain in rectal area/anal area
I have pain in my rectal area while passing motion since 2 months. I had a c-section 5 months back. But first 3 months was good. Now I am facing trouble in doing motion. I feel like a needle is coming out for the first few minutes and then it turns to be OK. Because of that first movements, I face a burning sensation all through the day. What would be the problem? Any diagnosis?

You have acute fissure in ano. You need to take High fibre diet, laxatives and good amount of fluids per day. You can apply Diltigesic ointment around the anus half an hour before passing stools. It would help you. You can apply the ointment twice a day till the fissure heals. If it's still persistent, may need a surgery for it.
