Pain in penis after intercourse

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From few months I get pain in penis and surrounding just after intercourse or masturbation. I generally have sex or masturbation three or four times in a month. This pain last for 4 to 6 hour. Sometime pain is so much that I need to take pain killer for pain.
