Hi! Pain can be occur ed due to poor sleeping posture. But if it is coming up to your fingers then yes it's a sign of neural compression which if untreated can cause further complications. Better to consult a Physiotherapist asap and get it fixed. Home remedies will not majority work in it except hot packs as suggested by Dr. Neha. You need mobilization/manipulation of joints and nerves for which you will be requiring a good Physiotherapist consultation.

Hello! Pain radiating to arm and fingers is a symptom of nerve compression from a disc bulge in Neck. You should consult a Physiotherapist ASAP and start treatment. As a home remedy for pain releif you can apply hot pack or a towel soaked in a hot water on your neck. If pain is very severe, you can apply any over the counter pain relieving spray or ointments of you are not allergic to it. Please AVOID sleeping in unusual positions. AVOID constant looking down specially on phone or for reading. To use phone or read keep it to an eye level. Use a comfortable size of pillow which is not giving you pain while sleeping. Physiotherapy Treatment will be required to cure this condition. Hope this will help. Thank you and have a great day!
