Pain in neck and also in shoulder
Sir/maam From last same days i feel pain in my neck joints 2nd my shoulder also pain while gyming sometimes. I thnk my wrong posture for long time is my base but just want to confirm what kther reasons. R der 3rdly want to know about what should i avoid nd what shouldn't in gym nd daily life

Keeping neutral position during gyming or activities in daily living is the key. You can consult a expert for the same. At your age, be physically active and have good nutrition plus hydration.

Hello Sir, Your pain could be from your neck that could have radiating down the leg. It could be from facet joint and disc irritation.. Don't worry as your symptoms are not that worse to conclude it with disc.. In my opinion your problem is mainly muscular spasm..and will get reduce once you apply ice.. Need to maintain posture while doing exercises.. Revert back incase you need any more help in this regard
