  4. Pain in my knee. Injuries or anything.

At random days my right knee hurts like hell. It doesn't happen everyday so I can't even consult a doctor. This only happen when I sit. Last year also I faced similar problem. After a week it was gone by itself. I have no injuries or anything.

Logical steps would be- clinical examination- MRI- Arthroscopy. Arthroscopy would be both diagnostic and therapeutic. At your age there might be a lot of differential diagnosis which I will not name so that you dont waste your time looking up each one of them as each is a mere possiblity. But yes, consult if pain persists.
