  4. Pain in my feet. What shall i do?

Hi doctor! I am 18 years old...I have flat feet and I use medical arc support...But since last week I am suffering from tremendous pain in the middle of my feet,just at the centre of my right foot.After walking some steps I'm feeling a shocking a pain in my right foot (centre). What shall I do?

Mostly it looks like planter fasciitis .
Next Steps
Start using soft sole footwear all d time. Do diffential fomentation .and stretching excersices .medication for few days only
