PAIN IN MY BACK IN WINTER WHEN WE WAKE U
I AM A MOTHER AND I HAVE ONE CHILD OF 03 YEARS AND AFTER BEING A MOTHER, I HAVE BEEN STARTED A PROBLEM IN MY BACK ONLY IN WINTER SEASON . EVERY DAY WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING, PAIN WILL STARTS AROUND 5. O CLOCK . WE FEEL LIKE THAT IT IS NOT MY BACK BECAUSE OUR BODY WILL NOT SUPPORT OUR BACK . OUR BACK FEEL US LIKE A DEAD

This is common problem after pregnancy coz of incorrect postures and weakness. Do regular strengthening and stretching exercises. Apply moist heat hot pack. If pain is more then take few sessions of physiotherapy to fix the pain and inflamation then strat exercises those tought by physio. More Details:- -Nine88 six55 sevan49zero

Lower back pain can be due to multiple causes. Get your serum vit d3 levels, b 12, CBC with ESR, CRP, x-ray LS spine. Proper evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon is required.

Pl check yr vit D3 and Vit B12. Start doing ur core strengthening. And Dont lay on yr stomach.
