I AM A MOTHER AND I HAVE ONE CHILD OF 03 YEARS AND AFTER BEING A MOTHER, I HAVE BEEN STARTED A PROBLEM IN MY BACK ONLY IN WINTER SEASON . EVERY DAY WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING, PAIN WILL STARTS AROUND 5. O CLOCK . WE FEEL LIKE THAT IT IS NOT MY BACK BECAUSE OUR BODY WILL NOT SUPPORT OUR BACK . OUR BACK FEEL US LIKE A DEAD

This is common problem after pregnancy coz of incorrect postures and weakness.
Do regular strengthening and stretching exercises.
Apply moist heat hot pack.
If pain is more then take few sessions of physiotherapy to fix the pain and inflamation then strat exercises those tought by physio.
