Pain in muscles
I exercise everyday. However, when i do hard exercises, muscle starts paining after few days of exercise. If i continue exercising, pain reaches to a point where i cant bear with it and i have to keep stop doing exercise for that specific muscle.. Stopping exercise reduces pain & also kind of reduces the muscle size.

Hi .. make sure your work out is within threshold limit .... and also get your serum calcium levels checked .... as hypocalcemia leads to muscle spasm or cramp....
