  4. Pain in muscles and bone. Paining alot!

Pain in muscles and bone
It started 3 years back with pain behind my neck on the center bone. The pain has remained permanent now. Can't pick up heavy stuff. Now my wrists and shoulders also started paining alot

Hi thanks for query I need you to consult your orthopedician and get investigated and get advice on some exercises to your back
