  4. Pain in lower right part of the stomach.

Pain in lower right part of the stomach
I sometimes donot have proper bowel movements in the mornings also during 2-3 out of a week it pains at lower right of the stomach and sometimes pain goes to the upper part of the place where my ureter. Please help

Seems to be some Intestinal cause. Various possibilities. Need more details like duration of SYMPTOMS, motions details etc and other histories.
