Pain in lower back
Hi,
I have severe pain since last 5days in lower back region.
I drove 80km with little pain and when I came back home I had severe attack in my back and momentarily i fall down in the bed.
Now when I am lying with back then no pain and during sleep if I turn the pain comes also i can't sit more then 2-3 mins. pls advic

Pain is due to acute lumbar spine strain, take complete rest, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated and treated
