Low back pain most commonly results from poor posture, muscle sprain, lack of muscle tone and strength. If it is due to something superficial like these, then a few days rest will help. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. If there is something deeper inside, like a disc bulge or any other thing pressing on the nerve, then pain may not subside. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
