Pain in lower back due and right leg
I am having a lower back pain due to which i am not able to sit for more than hour and having countinous pain and nerves stretching in my right leg

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  I do not see any issues with Your report and nothing to be worried about. All you have is a stiff hamstring muscles.  Stretching it will help you.

Your MRI reports shows spasm. You should stretch the lower back muscles, gluteus and hamstrings. https://apmhealth.com/educational-resources/healthy-living-tips-and-resources/2-uncategorised/185-6-stretches-to-help-back-pain-ebook Along with this add bridging exercises and hamstring stretches. And use a hot pack over the painful area.
