Pain in lower abdomen
Since a month i m feeling a deep pain in my lower abdomen area with stomach upset and gastric problem.what could be the reason?

Hello there...indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis pelvic inflammatory disease etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Get yourself checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  USG abdomen and pelvis along with urine routine would be the required tests. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Drink plenty of fluids.  Have soft diet. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
