Pain in lower abdomen
Ive been having a pain in my lower abdomen whenever i pass urine during my periods.. I den consulted a gynae nd got diagnosed with 2(3mm & 4mm) stones in my right kidney. Dr sed ders no oder treatment for fis oder dan surgery. Also aftr passing urine deris residual urine left in my gall bladder. What does dat mean? Nd do i get d pain coz of stone??

3 & 4 mm stones in right kidney are unlikely to cause pain in lower abdomen. Also there is no need for surgery for such small stones. Residual urine in urinary bladder  (not gall bladder) could be due to number of reasons one of which is obstruction due to urethral structure. Also residual urine predisposes to infection. So it should be evaluated thoroughly with help of further investigations
