Pain in lower abdomen

I usually have slight pain in the lower abdomen.....it seems as if it is because of gas problem....and some times it vanishes...and then happens.. wat could be the problem

It could mean many things , like infection, worms , colitis and some more. Is it mild pain ? Since when is this pain happening ? Do you have constipation? Do you have acidity problem? Any burning in Urine . Revert with the answers
