PCOD is a lifestyle disorder. Consuming excessive refined carbohydrates. Wrong eating habits and sedentary habits leads to deposition of fat around abdomen (belly) . Myoma is a manifestation of the same situation. It is an oestrogen dependent lump
The root cause can only be eliminated by correcting your lifestyle. Targeting and removing these lumps in phases will not be helpful.
Next Steps
Correct your lifestyle to complete your nutritional deficiencies. Correct hormonal imbalances . Become physically fit through yoga.
