Pain in legs when touched by fingers
I've having leg pain just after I started exercises such as jumping and running. The leg pain when touched with fingers.

Hi U require back and lowerlimb muscle strengthening exercises and hamstring and calf muscle stretching exercises so consult your nearest physiotherapy clinic and take proper treatment
