Pain in legs from knees and calfes
Experiencing pain in legs area below knees and calfs in both the legs along with dry mouth. Also i had cramps in leg in the morning. Please suggest what is wrong

It can be due to some vitamin deficiency and it may also due to dehydration problem or it could be due to less blood cells.that is call muscle cramps of muscle pain mostly in legs.
Next Steps
if you are not drinking enough water DRINK 3TO4 litres water or if you are not having some milk etc....can have calcium tablets or if multi vitamin tablets also you can for all the purpose like for immunity or for other small problems

Hi,mostly your symptoms i.e muscle cramps and dry mouth could be due to dehydration i.e not drinking enough water!
Next Steps
Drink as much as water as possible preferably around 3-4L per day

Avoid strenuous activities for some time
