Mild loss of lumbar lordosis with degenerative changes of lumbar spine as described... 2 grade I anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra with posterior annular tear and pseudobulge of L4-L5 disc causing bilateral spinal canal stenosis, bilateral neural foraminal narrowing with impinging bilateral traversing L5 and abutting right exiting L4 nerve roots. 3 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level causing narrowing of the bilateral (R>L) neural foramina and abutting bilateral traversing S1 and right exiting L5 nerve roots. 4 Asymmetric disc bulge with mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L3-L4 level causing narrowing of the bilateral (R>L) neural foramina and abutting bilateral traversing L4 nerve roots .... whats the best solution for this... please help
