Mri Spine Lumbar - Subtle L4/l5 Disc Bulge Is Seen With Mild

Subtle L4/L5 disc bulge is seen with mild left lateralisation. What is the actual problem? Today i got the MRI and except to the above line everywhere normal word is written.
