I've started running these days, because of which I'm having pain in my leg in the area between the foot and the knee. The pain usually occurs when I bend down to tie my shoe lace, but not in the one of whose shoe laces I tie.
Is there any solution for this? Should I do some exercises for this?

If you have recently started running, then make sure you run on softer ground. Also you need to do proper stretching and warmup before you start the run. Limit the amount you run and gradually build it up. After running, make sure you do stretching as well. Any change in activity level or intensity level must be gradual and over a period of time.
