Pain in left upper chest
Dear Dr. Mittal I am having pain in chest on left side from long time. Sometimes my heart beat accelerates and i feel dizzy and sweat comes out of my palms. Please suggest.

This is most likely Acidity. Do you have constipation? Any acidity problem? Avoid oily and fried food. Avoid heavy meals. Plenty of fruits and exercise for 45 minutes All the best
