  4. Pain in left testis. Hours. pls suggest.

Pain in left testis
Hi, I am getting pain in left testis and above left testis from past one week. Mostly happening while driving bike and it is increasing in the evening. Also feeling little saggy in the evening times. It creates lot of discomfort when i am in working hours. Pls suggest.
