Pain in left side chest

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Feeling pain in left side chest usually everyday. Dr told for ECG but Fter check report told that its muscles pain or gastric pain nothing else... But when i use treatment its fi e but after treatment its again start nd now also feel pain.
