Pain in left side chest, back and hand
I am suffering pain from last 2 months .My x-ray report normal
PFT report-normal
Blood test all profile -normal
2d-echo normal
TMT-normal
ECG found high blood pressure
Report attached
No gas problem cardiologist say it's not heart related issues.
Pulmonologist say it's not lungs related issues
Totally disappointed what to do don't know please suggest

Yes if cardiac and lung causes were ruled out , could be anxiety related. Try physiotherapy.
