Pain in left shoulder
Ok, so I was playing cricket one day and during one shot , my left shoulder got twisted. I was not able to move my left hand initially but then after few minutes the movement started and I was able to move it freely after few hours. Though there is no problem with the movement but I am experiencing regular mild pain in my shoulder. Please suggest what I should do ?

Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. your shoulder pain might be due tousle strain, ligament tear, rotator cuff injury, shoulder dislocation, fracture of humerus.. please get X-ray done of shoulder joint.. consult nearest orthopedician for complete examination so that cause could be known.. Don't lift any heavy objects over head, neck or shoulder as that wil put more pressure over muscles and increase your pain. Hot fomentation, gels with diclofenac for local application and tablet aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for 2 days.
