  4. Pain in left part of the neck. On this.

Pain in left part of the neck
From last 10-15 days i am feeling pain in my left part of the neck just below the throat . As I am not able to turn my neck to right side as this pains a lot even I can not sleep by laying down on left side . I ma getting afraid whether i have the symptoms of any severe disease like cancer or something else . Please advise me on this .
