Pain in left neck and right side head
Hii I am having pain around right side of my neck 3 days ago I woke up with this pain, may be because of bad posture this neck pain came..I am also having pain in my upper thigh area of my right leg for which doctor prescribed nucoxia MR I took this medicine and next day morning I started paining in my right side head it's like one side headache which coming and going I thought first it might be side effect of medicine . So I stopped medicine,but today is a third day the headache is same it's on right side and neck pain is left side. Can you tell me if there anything serious about this pain...any blood clot or any serious while eating I felt pain bit there it's not whole day but it's coming and going ...while sleeping I don't feel pain at all but when I wake up that moment I feel the sharp shooting pain on right side. The neck pain is for whole day it's not improving can you please tell me..I am too worried why this happening pls guide me or suggest any remedies pls help me out

So a posture related pain could be related to the spine. Headache will need further evaluation. I recommend physiotherapy for you, and to help me understand better, let's connect and discuss further.
