Pain in left lower abdomen ,leg pain.

I'm 34 yrs old and have two children.massive bleeding was happen during menses period.and feel pain over lower abdomen when heavy working.usg report shows I've bulky uterus of 110 mm *70 * 54mm.and I don't wanna operate.so,what can I do?
