Pain in left lower abdomen

Hi! good day. i was wondering i was having this thick-whitish vaginal discharge for almost a couple of days from now and i think it smells fishy i am worried about it. And i had sex with my boyfriend recently and my left lower abdomen hurts after we sex. Is it something to worry about? pls, can u help me.
