Pain in left leg and other leg is fractu

Asked for Male, 53 Years

My father's leg has been fractured before 2 years but might be it could not be join properly.but after 2 years my father's other leg started paining...the place of pain was changing..but now it is pianing and then swelling started near knee but it is not a knee pain .plz tell me wat is d problem
