Pain in left kidney, Enlarged spleen
I am having light pain in my left kidney. I was a kidney stone patient. In night, I was working on computer and pain started. It was so severe that I had to lay down on the floor and then I vomited for few minutes. I was unable to walk on my own. My parents admitted me to the hospital. Doctor injected 2 pain killers one by one but nothing. At last, he made me sleep using some kind of sleep injection given through gluco ivf overnight. In the morning, I had no pain. I came to my home. Doctor gave me kidney stone syrup (pashanbhed, varuna etc) and antibiotics n pain killers. Next morning, the pain started again. I drank water, urinated and started walking to ease the pain. It stayed for 1 hour. Doctor said just take pain killer for now and continue antibiotics for kidney infection n UTI. (Oflox n ornidazile). It's 4th day nd I m still felling light pain. Note, there was no stones in ultrasound. May be it was gone or there was none. I also feel enlarged spleen. Plz suggest

You need full evaluation with urologist. You may also need CT scan to get more details. If urologist is not available at least meet a surgeon

You might be having very minute stone which might not get picked by ultrasound. Or else the stone might be lying deep in lower ureter, which also cannot be picked up by ultrasound. You need further evaluation.
