I'm having pain in left hand middle finger. I have fibromyalgia in right hand. Left and right fingers looks different in the marked area. Some one please help me figure of what it is.. I can bend no stiffness.. pain while pressed or handled things

What is your profession? How much is your mobile and laptop use? Is left your dominant or non dominant hand?
Presuming it's non dominant, the pain is due to excessive pressure applied to hold things. The middle finger being the tallest contributes to more force than other fingers.
