Pain in left hand and chest

Dear sir, I have pain in my left chest and in left hand, I have gone through ECG, eco and and tmt test four to five times. Don't want to go in details. Plz guide me properly

If once ECG, ECHO and TMT everything has come normal suggest that this pain is not bcoz of heart. Evaluate for other reasons of pain at that site, muscle pain, costochrondrotis, gastritis, cervical pain etc .
