  4. Pain in left chest. Please advise!

Pain in left chest since 3 years It triggers when I feel deep stress. My Family relative always make trouble for me Pain remains for 3-4 days It happens 3-4 times in a month Back pain ,back freeze ,left chest pain Echo  ,ecg report are attached Please advise
