Dear Madam, From the symptoms you described the pain can be from heart but at your age mastalgia is also common ( painful breast) if this pain is more just before periods then it is more likely to be from the breast. However I suggest you get a echocardiogram, lipid profile and a clinical breast examination by a surgeon done. All this will help to reach the diagnosis and you will be treated on correct lines.
