Pain in left arm, upper left
Hello, I am having slight pain in left arm and upper left back from yesterday afternoon. I was having acidity problem that's why used to feel heaviness in left side of chest as well. Doctor prescribed pantocid to me saying its because of acidity. I am having no other issue. I have a normal body temperature, no fever, no shortness of breath or any other thing. It's just that I feel a slight pain in left arm and upper left back. Is it something to worry about. Please help.

The pain can be because of muscle or bone issue. It's very unlikely to be due to any heart problem. So I don't think there is anything to worry about.
