  4. Pain in left arm shoulder chest. Months?

Pain in left arm shoulder chest
Hi i am a male of 27 yrs age i have bit heaviness and chest pain on upper left side along with pain in arm pit raidate to left arm elbow and finger, I done Stress echo 2 months back that came normal, shall we consider that echo need to perform again or that echo is still valid to get sure none of heart issue? As i have family history of blockage and CABG i do smoke Kindly suggest can we rely on same stress echo done 2 month back or can heart blockage be happen within 2 months?

The problem looks like non cardiac. Probably neck muscle sprain. No need to repeat the Echo.
