I have pain in left arm and sometimes i have problem in breathing. Should i consult a general physician or any other docter?

A better detailed history is required on when do you feel breathless and if it's related to physical exertion or chest pain. If there is any family history of any cardiac disease. In any case get an ECG and follow up with a cardiologist.
