Pain in index n middle finger
Since 4 days Im suffering pain in muscular area (used while typing, touching etc) of right hand Distal phalanx of index finger. Also feeling pain in the left side of the middle finger's Distal phalanx muscular area (attached finger diagram for better clarity). I have highlighted the area where pain originates. Once the pain triggered it affects the entire upper part of that finger. Sometimes the affected part of middle finger becomes scratchy. Hot n cold water compression relieves pain temporarily. Please suggest whats wrong, treatment for permanent relief or atleast to reduce the intensity of pain. Also what kind of specialist i shud consult to. My job involves working on keyboard all the time n its is getting affected by the pain as even the slightest key press triggers the pain.

Motion Exercises: Once your tendon has gained enough strength, you will begin to move the tip of your finger. Blocking Exercises: Once your tendon has fully healed, blocking exercises begin to improve your ability to bend the tip of your finger Strengthning exercises: Gripping and pinching exercises with resistive putty, wrist mobilization.
