i can understand your concern. it
would have been better if you had also said from how long he is suffering from this? from how many years is he a diabetic.
it could be a neuropathy issue. i think you meant Cap. ABSOLUT 3G.
yes you can ask him to take one capsule everyday for a month after food.
if required you can ask him to take for another month also no problems. Ask him to take lots of greens, and vegetables also. that way he will get the nutrients naturally.
consult a diabetologist should you have any such problem again.
