But from i last 5-6month i found when I think deeply something or when I do some work in computer with great concentration , i feel pain in my neck then middle of my head . To more I think about the pain the more I feel it. There after if I do some relax work such as seeing facebook, listing music etc or not think about this pain. The pain goes out. Now I am very nervous as one of my colleague said that it might be due to brain tumor. Please help. What will i do now?

We don't have any proofs for tumor. However you are suffering from stress and related physical symptoms. Address that to heal your neck pain and concentration.
