Pain in head and Chest

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello there, From last few months I am suffering from some pain and burning sensation in left side of heart. Did ECG and LIPID test all were normal. Had little bit problem of high blood pressure which is under control now. But still suffering from some burning sensation and chest pain and also feel some tingling pain in head area. I have acidity and gas problem as well.
