If the wisdom tooth is inclined and the gum over it is swollen, it is most likely that the tooth is impacted (stuck, and not likely to come out fully). It would be advisable to get an X-ray done, and see if it needs removal. As for relief, you could rinse with warm salt water.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for X-ray and if removal is needed get it done from an Oral surgeon.
Health Tips
Watch for swelling and severe pain. It is usually a sign of an infection.

It seems that you have inflammation around the erupting wisdom tooth and this condition is called as pericoronitis. The only treatment with the permanent solution is the extraction of the offending tooth so that your symptoms are relieved for ever. OPG x ray will be required to assess the condition of the tooth so that the extraction can be planned accordingly. Medications are not going to cure these problems, and also the tooth which is not in the right inclination will not become upright over the period of time so there is no point waiting for the treatment. Regards
