Pain in genital area

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am experiencing some pain in my genital area since last 1 week while urinating. The pain is so much that I'm even unable to pee properly. After urinating, the genital area pains badly for few minutes, so much that it gets difficult for me to walk. I'm going through my periods and it's my 2nd day today. Also, I'm experiencing way too much pain in my abdomen and lower back this time which I never used to have earlier. Please suggest me some way to get relief from such pain.
