Pain in finger joints in early morning
From last few days I am experiencing pain in finger joints in morning time. There is no injury and this pain goes away during the day. It's very acute in morning. Is it some kind of deficiency or symptoms of some other disease. Please advise. Although every year I get full body Heath check but this year I am reluctant to go to any hospital or Heath center due to covid.
