  4. Pain in feet. Away for past 7 days now!

Pain in feet
I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my feet.. In the part that connects toes and the feet and also in the toes as well.. It hurts a lot and wanted to understand what could be the reason as I didnt have any injuries as well and this started suddenly and is not going away for past 7 days now

If you are sure about not any injury then two main possibilities are, mortan neuroma and sometimes Vit D Deficiency. Show your Orthopedic Doctor and start treatment for Mortan neuroma and  get Vit D tested.
