Feels like something was stuck in my left eye. Only when i watch in specific direction then there is a slight unease. Any soothing drop for it.?

There might be some foreign body or dryness or corneal abrasion. For time being you can use antibiotic eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. If the problem persists for more than 24 hrs then consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
